These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, event pages, ticketing links, communications, guest list features, table reservation inquiries, and live events promoted by Unity Events ("Unity Events," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our services, purchasing tickets, joining a guest list, contacting us, or attending events, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms apply to:
- All Unity Events websites and event pages
- Ticket purchases and event entry
- Guest list, table reservation, SMS, email, and social communications
- Interactions with our staff, partners, promoters, venues, and vendors
These Terms also incorporate our Privacy Policy and any posted event rules, ticketing terms, venue policies, or age requirements.
2. Eligibility & User Representations
By using our services, you represent that:
- You meet the age requirement listed for the specific event.
- All information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You will comply with all applicable laws, event rules, venue rules, and posted requirements.
We reserve the right to deny access for violations.
3. Ticketing Terms
3.1 Final Sale Policy
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
- Ticket pricing, tiers, fees, availability, and event details may change at any time without notice.
3.2 Fraud & Resale
We reserve the right to cancel tickets, deny entry, or remove guests for duplicate tickets, fraudulent purchases, unauthorized resale, chargebacks, or suspected misuse.
3.3 Entry Conditions
Admission is subject to venue capacity, security screening, valid ticketing or guest list confirmation, ID verification, and compliance with all event and venue rules.
4. Event Changes & No Guarantee of Lineup
Unity Events promotes live entertainment experiences. Artists, lineups, set times, venues, rooms, door times, age requirements, and programming are subject to change. No specific artist, performance, room, or experience is guaranteed.
Events may be modified, postponed, relocated, or canceled for operational issues, artist changes, safety concerns, weather, venue requirements, permitting, force majeure events, or other reasons.
5. Guest List & Table Reservations
Guest list entry deadlines vary by event. Guests arriving after the listed deadline will not be granted entry under any circumstances. Guest list availability does not guarantee admission.
For table reservations, please text (702) 540-8630 with the event you are interested in attending. A reservation inquiry does not guarantee availability, pricing, placement, or entry until confirmed by the venue, host, or authorized representative.
6. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability
By attending, you knowingly assume all risks associated with live events, nightlife environments, crowds, travel, loud audio, lighting effects, venue conditions, and the actions of other attendees.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Unity Events, venues, sponsors, staff, contractors, artists, vendors, and partners from claims arising from your attendance or participation.
7. Code of Conduct
You agree not to engage in harassment, violence, unsafe conduct, illegal activity, intoxication-related disruption, property damage, or behavior that interferes with the event or other guests. We may deny entry, remove individuals without refund, or ban future attendance.
8. Health & Safety Compliance
You agree to comply with security screening, venue-specific safety rules, public health requirements, and staff instructions. Failure to comply may result in denied entry or removal.
9. Media & Likeness Release
By attending, you grant Unity Events and its partners a perpetual, worldwide license to capture, use, publish, and edit your image, voice, likeness, and appearance in event photography, video, social content, advertising, and promotional materials.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All Unity Events names, logos, marks, photos, flyers, artwork, graphics, website content, and branding are owned by Unity Events or its licensors and are protected by law. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
11. Website Use Restrictions
You agree not to hack, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, misuse forms, impersonate another person, or use bots or automated systems on the website or linked event pages.
12. Third-Party Services
We may use or link to third-party services for ticketing, payments, event registration, marketing, analytics, maps, email, SMS, venues, and social media. We are not responsible for third-party websites, policies, fees, errors, availability, or transactions.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unity Events is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid directly for the applicable ticket.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unity Events from claims arising from your conduct, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law, event rule, venue policy, or third-party right.
15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, with waiver of class action rights, unless prohibited by applicable law. Location: Clark County, Nevada.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
17. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
